Purpose of This Disclosure

This page explains the scope and limitations of the health services made available through the Harbor platform. It is intended to help you understand what Harbor does and does not provide so you can make informed decisions about your care.

No Mental Health or Crisis Services

Harbor does not provide mental health treatment, crisis intervention, suicide prevention services, or substance use disorder treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need immediate support, please contact local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.

Scope of Services

Harbor provides access to telehealth-based weight loss and metabolic health services only.

Services available through the platform may include clinical evaluations, treatment recommendations, and, where medically appropriate, prescriptions related to weight loss and metabolic health. Harbor does not provide care outside of this scope.

Not a Replacement for Primary Care

Harbor is not a replacement for a primary care provider or comprehensive medical care.

You should continue to maintain a relationship with your primary care provider for routine, preventive, and non-weight-related health needs. Harbor providers focus only on the limited scope of services described above.

No In-Person Care or Clinics

Harbor does not operate in-person clinics and does not provide in-person medical care. All services are delivered through telehealth modalities as permitted by law.

Eligibility Requirements

Harbor services are available only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Services are not available to minors.

Geographic Availability

Harbor services are available only within the United States. Availability of services may vary by state based on applicable laws and provider licensure.
