Important Notice Regarding Medical Care

Harbor does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Harbor is a technology platform that facilitates access to independent, licensed healthcare providers and pharmacy services. Any medical services you receive are provided solely by licensed healthcare professionals who are employed by or contracted with separate professional entities, not by Harbor.

Harbor does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and Harbor. Any physician-patient relationship is established only between you and the licensed provider who delivers your care.

Harbor does not provide emergency care or mental health crisis services. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical care. Do not use the Harbor platform for emergency situations.
