Harbor operates a technology platform that facilitates access to independent, licensed healthcare providers and pharmacy services. Harbor is not a healthcare provider and not a pharmacy.
Harbor is not a HIPAA Covered Entity. In certain circumstances, Harbor may act as a business associate to provider entities. Medical records and clinical decision-making are controlled by the healthcare providers who deliver care to you.
Health information may be subject to additional protections under applicable federal and state laws, including state health privacy laws.
The Services are intended for users located in the United States who are at least 18 years of age.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and from third parties as described below. Certain information is required to provide the Services. If you do not provide required information, you may not be able to use some or all of the Services.

We do not use data brokers, do not sell health data for profit, and do not transfer personal data internationally at this time.
