This Utah Resident Privacy Notice ("Utah Notice") supplements the information contained in Harbor's Privacy Policy and State Privacy Law Addendum and applies solely to individual residents of the State of Utah ("consumers" or "you").

This Notice is provided pursuant to the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 13-61-101 et seq., as amended from time to time ("UCPA").

This Utah Notice describes your rights under the UCPA with respect to your Personal Data and explains how to exercise those rights, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Any capitalized terms not defined in this Notice have the meanings assigned to them under the UCPA or Harbor's Privacy Policy.

The Right to Confirm, Access, and Data Portability

You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your Personal Data and to access and obtain a copy of the Personal Data we have collected about you, subject to verification of your identity. You also have the right to obtain a copy of Personal Data we process in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format.

The Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Data we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law. Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete your Personal Data from our records and direct our service providers to do the same, unless an exception applies.

We may request additional information to verify your identity and locate your Personal Data within our systems. Information provided in connection with a request will be used solely for purposes of processing and responding to that request. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may be unable to fully process your request.

Response Timing and Format

We will endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we are unable to process your request within this timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and the reason for it.

If you have an account with us, we may deliver our response through your account. If you do not have an account, we will deliver our response electronically or by other reasonable means.

Information provided in response to a request will generally be provided free of charge, once per consumer during any twelve (12) month period. We may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act on a request if it is excessive, repetitive, manifestly unfounded, or imposes an undue burden, as permitted by law.
